The bakeshop first opened its doors in 1995 with the philosophy of
making fresh products entirely from scratch. The business has
enjoyed tremendous growth over the last 13 years. A new home was
purchased in 2007 with parking and handicap accessibility. Summer
patrons can enjoy lunch on the deck along the river, or eat by the
fire in the winter. All products are still made from scratch, using
many local ingredients. There
is a sumptuous repertoire of baked goods, as well as cakes, treats
and a deli style lunch featuring our new salad bar.
