Weekends / Part-Time Front of House

As an employee of our company, you will be working with a team of people and you will definitely have lots of opportunities to learn alongside these experienced employees. Besides being on the front of house, you will also get to learn some baking skills as you assist our in-house baker, when help is needed.

Meeting our varied customers will be your core role and through this, you will be able to learn interpersonal communication skills and customer relational skills.

This position is both fun & exciting as our team is exciting and you get to meet different kinds of people who walked through our doors!

Responsibilities
  • Meeting & greeting customers at the front of house
  • Help customers find items they are looking for
  • Making all the front of house are stocked up with products for customers
  • taking food orders for the restaurant
  • Serving all food orders, whether dine-in/take-out
  • Scooping ice-cream, prepare milkshakes or lemonade (except winter season)
  • Assist with the kitchen crew to prepare meals, when needed

  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to speak clearly, listen attentively and handle customer interactions with confidence

  • Quick Learner: Can pick up the POS systems, menu details and service protocols with minimal training
  • Composure under Pressure: Can stay calm & polite during busy shifts/dealing with difficult customers
