Our Front of House Team Leaders play a critical role in supporting senior leadership by ensuring smooth daily operations and helping team members uphold standards of excellence in service and execution. Their key priorities are twofold: managing tasks to keep the bakery-restaurant running efficiently, and mentoring and developing team members to grow professionally.

Team Leaders lead through action—setting the tone, modeling professionalism, and inspiring others to raise the bar every day.

Responsibilities (Full-time):

1. Assist customers in discovering their favorite products and provide expert guidance
2. Create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the store
3. Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to track and manage sales transactions
4. Craft delicious sandwiches with care and attention to detail
5. Serve up delectable ice cream treats and whip up mouthwatering milkshakes
6. Bake fresh goods in the oven for customers to enjoy
7. Package and display freshly baked breads and pastries for sale
8. Handle cheese with precision and package curds with care
9. Organize and store inventory goods in their designated areas retail and back of house
10. Keep the front of house fully stocked with a variety of products
11. Clean dishes and utensils thoroughly
12. Maintain a tidy workspace while multitasking effectively
13. Ensure the premises are spotless by the end of the day

As a Seasonal Cook/Baker at our premises, you will:

• Work independently to prep all meals and cook based crafted processes & recipes.
• Be responsible for reading recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, molding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ Years Experience in bakeries specifically making cakes etc.
• This is an “overnight or early morning” job from Tuesday to Saturday.
• A positive attitude and good organizational skills.
• People who take pride in a job well done and will look for things to do.
• Demonstrated commitment to the restaurant’s success, and to your own development.
• Helping in all Cook or Bakery Roles.
• Must have creative ability to come up with new ideas

Requirements:

• Continuous standing/walking for all tasks.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg.
• Frequent turning and reaching.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, and some forward bending.
• Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping.
